Our story
Built on the idea that HVAC service should be straightforward
Russell Howland founded Thermal Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in 2000 with a simple philosophy: treat every customer's home as if it were your own. That means diagnosing problems honestly, explaining options clearly, and never recommending work that isn't needed.
Russell's approach centers on three priorities — keeping homes safe, saving customers money where possible, and prolonging the life of their equipment. Those priorities haven't changed in 26+ years.
Today, Thermal serves Gwinnett County and eight surrounding counties, covering everything from urgent no-cool calls to full system replacements and bi-annual maintenance plans.
